SRIVAARI INTERIORS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Effective from 11 November 2025)
These Terms & Conditions govern all design, manufacturing, and installation services offered by Srivaari Interiors (“Company”).
By booking a project with us, the Customer agrees to the following terms
1. Woodwork Warranty – 10 Years
Covers manufacturing defects, installation issues, shutter delamination, edge issues, and structural problems.
Not covered: scratches, water seepage, damp walls, pests, heat damage, chemical cleaning, or misuse.
2. OEM Products
All branded hardware, appliances, lights, wallpapers, sinks, and mirrors carry manufacturer's warranty only.
Breakage, misuse, chemical damage, or service visit charges are not covered.
3. No-Warranty Items
No warranty on stone countertops (1-year installation only), civil work, fragile items, or customer-supplied materials.
4. Service Warranty
Workmanship warranty applies to false ceiling (2 years), electrical (1 year), plumbing (1 year), painting (6 months), and countertop installation (1 year).
Damage due to misuse, water issues, or overload is not covered.
5. Payment Terms
50% advance to start production.
40% before dispatch.
10% before installation.
Delays in payment will delay the project.

6. Delivery & Installation
Timeline starts only after design approval, 50% advance, and site readiness.
Customer must ensure clean site, power supply, and no parallel work.
Delays due to society rules, power cuts, or customer delays are not the company's responsibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
80% refund before design finalisation.
30% refund after design approval.
No refund after production.
After dispatch, full project value must be paid.
8. Warranty Limitations
Not covered: wear & tear, stains, dents, heat damage, water leakage, termites, overloading, relocation damage, and third-party modifications.
9. Service & Maintenance
2 free service visits in the first 12 months.
Post-warranty service is chargeable.
Hardware replacement depends on OEM warranty.
10. Conduct & Communication
Customer must ensure safe working conditions and maintain respectful communication.
All communication should be documented (email/WhatsApp).
11. Data Privacy
Customer data is used only for project communication and not shared with unrelated third parties.
12. Legal
All disputes follow Indian law.
